1. Who we are

2. What we sell

We sell software licences in the form of serial keys. A licence is a right to use software under the publisher's own end-user licence agreement. We do not sell the software itself, and we do not modify or resell the publisher's code.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time before an order is placed. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we have sent your key. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Delivery

Keys are delivered by email to the address given at checkout. Nothing is shipped physically. It is your responsibility to enter a working email address and to check your spam folder.

5. Your responsibilities

• Confirm the product is compatible with your system before buying
• Keep your key private — anyone who has it can use it
• Follow the publisher's licence terms

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

We are responsible for delivering a working licence. We are not responsible for how the software behaves on your system, for data loss, or for any indirect loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
