What to include
To sort things out on the first reply, tell us:

Activation problems
Most activation failures come from a typo, a key used on more devices than the licence allows, or a firewall blocking the publisher's activation server. Check the compatibility notes on the product page first. If that does not solve it, send the form above and we will replace the key or refund you.
