This service includes configuring 1 publisher (your domain), with up to 3 zones (ad spots), and 1 advertiser such as google AdSense with up to five ads. Linking the advertisers and zones, and providing the required ad code.

You must provide valid OpenX admin log in information for the Configuration.

You must provide valid advertiser information, and ads / links to be shown.

Configuration Completed within 24 hours of cleared payment, and valid OpenX log in information.

Refund:Btdsoft will refund the configuration fee if for some reason we are unable to provide the service within 24 hours, of confirmed payment and valid information.

After hundreds of installs we understand that sometimes its the simple things, that will stop an install in its tracks. With that in mind I would like to offer my services, or "a fresh set of eyes", to help with any problems you might of encountered with an install of OpenX.

OpenX Support Terms

This service consist of my spending 1 hour, checking your install, logs, and database, for errors that may have occurred and fixing them if time permits. I will then report back the cause of the fail and give you instructions as to correcting the issue, simply fix the problem (time permitting), or give you an estimate as to how much time it will requre to fix the problem.

Your server must be capable of running the desired version of OpenX.System Requirements.

You must provide valid admin log in information for the installation.

Service Completed within 24 hours of cleared payment, and valid server log in information

This service and fee only applies to your initial request.

Example: you contact for a "blank admin screen" problem. I will correct that issue, if able to but in no way leaves me liable to correct any other issues, such as lost data, stats, etc. Each problem may require a separate solution, and more time spent.

No Refunds: I will work diligently and thoroughly in the time we have contracted for, and as such can not offer a refund for the work performed.

Liability: I can not be held liable for any lost data that may have occured during your install attempts.

This service in no way is meant to replace or be used for repairing a failed upgrade where there may be database corruption. Please see Repairing failed OpenX Install.

Repair Failed OpenX Upgrade

Repair Failed OpenX Upgrade

Btdsoft can repair prior failed upgrades of OpenAds / OpenX for a low 1 time fee. This service applies to upgrades of openads 2.0.11-pr1 and later, to current version of OpenX.

Repairing OpenX Terms

This service includes repairing corrupted tables, and performing OpenX upgrade to current version or desired stable version of OpenX.

This service in no way includes replacing lost data unless you have a valid backup.

Your server must be capable of running the desired version of OpenX System Requirements.

You must provide valid admin log in information for the installation / repair.

Because of the complexities involved in locating the cause of the upgrade fail, repairing and restoring the databases, please allow up to 78 hours of cleared payment, and valid server log in information. We will however make every attempt to accomplish the repair within 24 hours.

REFUND: If you have met the above requirements and btdsoft can not perform the repair your money will be promptly refunded. This does not include replacing lost data.
Liability: We will make every attempt to make a valid backup of all data before attempting the upgrade / repair, however it is your responsibility to have a current backup on hand. btdsoft can not be held responsible for lost data during the upgrade / repair process.

btdsoft can perform a upgrade of your current OpenX / OpenAds server for you for a low 1 time fee. We guarantee it to be up and running on your site / domain within 24 hours of cleared payment and submission of required information.

Your server must be capable of running the desired version of OpenX System Requirements.

You must provide valid admin log in information for the installation.

Upgrade Completed within 24 hours of cleared payment, and valid server log in information.

REFUND: If you have met the above requirements and btdsoft can not perform the upgrade your money will be promptly refunded.
Liability: We will make every attempt to make a valid backup of all data before attempting the upgrade, however it is your responsibility to have a current backup on hand. btdsoft can not be held responsible for lost data during the upgrade process.
