Perhaps some confusion on using the advertiser banner upload mod. (Included banner-edit and campaign-edit files in admin directory).

RevMax has no control over number of banner uploads except allowing these permissions within admin > advertiser> user> permissions. If you do not use these modded files the user will not upload banners and must be dealt with individually.

There is currently no method of limiting advertisers banner uploads In RevMax. It is up to you to understand the functions of OpenX and decide if you want to use the modded files for the advertiser.

I would NOT recommend it when selling subscription campaigns. It however may be advisable when selling ad views as all views will count against an advertisers account.

If using with Subscriptions, I would use a low weight for auto campaigns, and make sure advertiser only shows one banner from campaign on page is checked. This is assuming the auto zone you used is only shown on one page. You could further limit the campaign to so may views per day.

You may also disable or delete the second banner, and revoke the banner upload permissions. The advertiser then would be limited to viewing stats.

Although the advertiser banner upload mod has changed a bit since, you can see permissions settings here:
http://btdsoft.com/banner-upload-for-openx/

You may also want to see distribution options to set daily limits:

I got an advertiser signup on my website and it all worked fine. He uploaded his banner and it was all working...but I just noticed he uploaded a second banner within the same campaign but didnt pay any extra.

Firstly, I wouldn't want this to be possible since I'm charging for a subscription for 1 banner. Second, if this would be possible for some reason, all of his banners need to share his weight and share his impressions without counting as a seperate banner. Cos right now I have 2 banners from 1 subscription.

What is your hosting platform ? I recently had this same problem with a client on a plesk server with hsphere.
look for lines similar to below in your log files:
****************************
Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20020429/pdo.so' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20020429/pdo.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0
PHP Warning:  Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20020429/pdo_mysql.so' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20020429/pdo_mysql.so: undefined symbol: php_pdo_unregister_driver in Unknown on line 0
***************

If you find these or similar you have a faulty php installation which should be corrected by your server admin.

Hi.
It has been pointed out that I might have that worded wrong "enter discount as a percentage". This text may be changed within /lib/max/language/en/revmax.lang

It is actually decimal. So a discount of 1.00 would actually be free as it is a complete unit. If you wanted to enter a 10 % discount you would enter 0.10 a 25% discount would be 0.25, and so on. You need not actually enter in the 0 as in 0.10 and simply enter in .10 .

Sorry for the confusion, hope this helps. If not feel free to contact me directly and I will help you get it up and running.
Mike.

When I try to test the advertiser signup with a discount coupon I get this error on the paypal page:

The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again.

I have the coupon created with a 9.99% discount
