Just a poll to get feedback on what payments people may want in RevMax to pay publishers with.

What is the best method for paying publishers?
per view, per click, per duration ?

If view or click, should it be definable amount such as X amount where admin can define X amount such as 1000, so $X for every X adviews.

I would really like to get publishers payments incorporated asap so any and all feedback will help.
