Yes, that's it exactly. Sorry I wasn't clear. Would be great to include a clean-up for non-paid accounts.

I'm using the current version of revmax.

I've noticed through testing that even if the advertiser does not complete the sign-up form, the username is still created and must actually use a different username if he really wants to sign-up.  The username should not be inserted unless the form has been completely filled out.

Little lost here..
Last I checked all fields must be filled in before form can be submitted, unless the form checker isn't in the clients folder.
After payment is completed user is removed from pending and placed in OpenX. OpenX doesn't allow for duplicate user names.

This is one area that does require a bit more development. I have been planning to add a cron job to clean up users that have not completed payment.
