After hundreds of installs we understand that sometimes its the simple things, that will stop an install in its tracks. With that in mind I would like to offer my services, or “a fresh set of eyes”, to help with any problems you might of encountered with an install of OpenX.
OpenX Support Terms
This service consist of my spending 1 hour, checking your install, logs, and database, for errors that may have occurred and fixing them if time permits. I will then report back the cause of the fail and give you instructions as to correcting the issue, simply fix the problem (time permitting), or give you an estimate as to how much more time it will requre to fix the problem.
You must provide valid admin log in information for the installation.
Service Completed within 24 hours of cleared payment, and valid server log in information
This service and fee only applies to your initial request.
Example: you contact for a “blank admin screen” problem. I will correct that issue, but in no way leaves me liable to correct any other issues, such as lost data, stats, etc. Each problem may require a separate solution, and more time spent.
No Refunds: I will work diligently and thoroughly in the time we have contracted for, and as such can not offer a refund for the work performed.
Liability: I can not be held liable for any lost data that may have occured during your install attempts. If performing any upgrade, install, or server move all data will be backed up before hand.
This service in no way is meant to replace or be used for repairing a failed upgrade where there may be database corruption. Please see Repairing failed OpenX Install.
